Key Service Areas
1. Initial Psychiatric Evaluations
Your treatment begins with a comprehensive, 60-minute virtual psychiatric assessment. During this session, we evaluate your symptoms, medical history, and personal goals, utilizing validated screening tools like the GAD-7 when appropriate to measure anxiety severity accurately.
2. Psychiatric Medication Management
Finding the correct psychiatric medication requires ongoing clinical collaboration. We explain expected benefits, side effects, and alternatives, including any evidence supporting off-label recommendations.
Controlled Substance Safety: For medications requiring additional oversight (such as stimulants for ADHD), we strictly follow federal and state guidelines, cross-checking Prescription Monitoring Programs (PMP/PDMP) in TX, NM, and WA, requiring single-pharmacy designation, and conducting periodic compliance checks.
3. Individual Psychotherapy
We provide one-on-one virtual therapy aimed at building practical coping strategies, resolving past trauma, and addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood instability, and ADHD-related operational stress.
4. Child & Adolescent Care
We offer virtual psychiatric treatment for young clients. Parents and legal guardians are active partners in treatment planning, while teens receive appropriate private time during sessions as permitted by state law.
Insurance & Payment Plans
In-Network Insurers: We bill Aetna, Cigna, Regence, UMR, GEHA, Optum, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, UnitedHealthcare, and Evernorth directly.
Self-Pay Options: Self-pay pricing is available for clients without insurance or using out-of-network coverage. Every self-pay client receives a Good Faith Estimate detailing all expected session charges before care begins under the No Surprises Act.
